Semi-automatic cutting process
After pressing the START button an automatic cutting process starts:
cut material is clamped in the hydraulic vice,
cutting band travel is switched on (cutting band speed, 25-90 m/min, adjustable by an inverter),
cutting arm is lowered (stepless adjustment),
machine stops after cutting process is finished,
arm raises (adjustable height)
hydraulic vice is released,
Manual handling of the machine is simplified up to feeding material towards the bumper.
Movable band guiding head is adjusted dependent on the dimensions of cut material, ensuring increased stability and accuracy of the band.
Cemented carbide guides ensure cutting accuracy and straightness.
